BOVIO PRESTIGE APARTMENTS CATANIA

We stayed four nights. Easy walking distance to the train and bus station as well as grocery stores and the historic center of Catania. The apartment was equipped with everything we required to prepare meals. It was great having a washing machine so we could wash a few items. The bed was very comfortable and there were an assortment of pillows to choose from. Check in was super easy. Our bus from Palermo arrived well before check in but we were able to drop off our bags prior to check in time so we didn’t have to lug them around for three hours. At night it was super quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Renovated spacious apartment with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. The staff is very approachable and helpful. We were truly satisfied.

I suggest to the owner to remove the unnecessary shelves and soap dispenser from the shower cabin, as they only get in the way during showering and make it a bit uncomfortable for the user to take a shower. It's simply impossible to avoid bumping elbows against those accessories inside the shower cabin.

The location is easy to reach by car. A ground floor spacious. apartment, clean and noiseless. 15 minute walk to the city's old center. Fully equipped with all the necessary appliance for a log stay

It was cold, dank, filthy, moldy, and pungent. The absolute opposite of what was advertised. Some of the group had to leave and pay for a hotel last minute, because of the state of the apartments.

The apartment is located in the building with the citizens, so you can really feel Italy there. It is in the yard, so it's safe and quiet. There is nothing missing in the apartment, you even have the washing machine, laundry dryer and the vacuum cleaner there. We were also provided with unlimited coffee for our coffee machine and bottled water. The flat is a bit hidden from the light, which is probably a good thing in the summer. The surrounding is quite nice - the district is full of restaurants and shops, around 20 minutes from the main city centre on foot. In front of the building there is a free city parking. The contact with the landlord is exceptional! We have arrived later in the night than expected because of some problems at the car rentals. When the landlord heard about it, he offered his help. We felt that we are very much welcome in the apartment.

There was no such thing. The place is exceptional.

The host was super helpful, and he explained everything. Would definitely come back.

- host very nice, allowed us to do the check in earlier and left the luggage ob the corridor - area is silent, Croissants, pizza, small Supermarkts close to the appartement -Main Station reacheabel in 20 minutes -Bus Station and airport connection - check in easy

- room was not as expected, are 2 rooms, splitted by a corridor, you can hear when the others are cooming home and can be noisy during the night. We received the smallest room. -Mold in the Bathroom -Strange old house smell when entering the room -Saw animal hair on the sofa and in the bathroom and wanted to get out of there immediately, but it was already too late. I was stressed exposing my kid to that environment for two nights. -Those rugs, I'd take them out immediately, soaked and dusty. -The dishes didn't seem to have been washed at all. Needs to be renovated
