The Chester Hotel

I liked that it was in walking distance to Fenway Park and not far from other attractions. The bed was comfortable but it is a little noisy. The people upstairs were up all hours of the night. The water took a long time to heat up and was mostly lukewarm.

Key pads on doors... perfect. Felt very Safe. The bed and bed linen were lovely, really clean. The space is airy and generally a lovely comfortable stay.

Would have been good to have a full-length mirror, I shared that feedback with the owners. Maybe a note to say if the tap water is OK to drink. I was hoping for some bottled water but there was none. It does say in the small print but I was on the top floor and there is no lift. It wasn't too bad carrying cases up about 3 flights of stairs.. all good exercise ! :) But maybe not so good for less able bodies.

Great location, beautiful renovation, plenty of light, very comfortable bed, lovely furnishings.

It would be nice to have a dresser in which to store clothes.

Really nice location, close to the fine art museum. Wonderful room with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay here, wish can come back again

The building was beautiful. The apartment was also very beautiful had historic charm. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was remodeled and lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen, but it looked like it would be a great place to stay for for a full week.

The air conditioner in the main part of the apartment didn’t get cold, but the one in the bedroom did work well enough to cool down the entire apartment, which was nice. Also, even though the building was nice the neighborhood might’ve been near one that’s not so desirable because the evenings were filled with a lot of vagrants and loud drunk conversations.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the space felt very welcoming. Thank you!

The property is new and well presented. I like the style and Decor.

There is no hot water. We were on the fourth floor of walk up, fine but tell us in the description when we book, not afterwards. New property, has done teething issues, done sockets don’t work, hence the tv doesn’t. No communication channel with anyone to resolve anything
