Fantastic location and the apartment is beautiful. A great stay 5*

The only issue we had was the temperature as no matter what we did with the control it was too warm, however this didn't affect our weekend but may do if you spend a lot of time in the apartment.

The location and views were great - had a bit of trouble checking in as I hadn't realised the pre check in required photo ID but I got through to someone on the number given and it was sorted really quickly. Apartment had everything I needed and the bed was very comfy.

Apartment was very hot and there was no air con - probably wouldn't stay again in summer but would definitely consider in cooler months.

We went away with another couple, all was perfect great location, 2 double beds both with en suites, lovely kitchen dining and lounge area. Beds so comfy. Read lots of negatives night before we went cant fault anything arrival instructions easy i phoned up and asked if we could arrive early which was sorted for us at no extra fee.

apartment very hot and only 2 small fans which didn't seem to cool it down.

The location was great, room was ok.

we had trouble checking in as they didn't email the key code. the room was ok but had a damp smell which is really off putting . there was no iron so has to be rented from a box downstairs. no onsite staff for help its all on the phone.

Very smart great views and really good quality furnishings inside the apartment even down to kitchen utensils - no expense spared Location good for waterfront but not for the bars although Panoramic 34 restaurant is across the main road which is excellent

Never experienced a lift with no buttons in it -to high tech for me and scary ! Again Location not good for bars

Booking was messed up on your end, so gave us a slightly bigger room, which was nice.

Complete disorganisation & lack of communication between Charles Hope staff & Lexington (Not Lexingtons fault). CH did not prepare our booking, so couldn’t get into our room until after midnight, they never sent us a code for collecting the keys for the room, so when we called CH customer service, they took over an hour to help us with a lot of misinformation during. They then told us we have to leave our room a day early, which we refused & they proceeded to spam us with calls & emails which were unhelpful and repetitive.

Good size rooms

Difficulty accessing property and ended up with a different apartment which hadn’t been fully cleaned
