The property was comfortable, spacious, and easy to get to in a good safe quiet area with a highrise view of the docks and city. Perfect for a short or longer stay. Great that each room felt private and had it's own ensuite bathroom.
There was a horrible, putrid smell of sewage coming from one bathroom (which isn't great given it's an ensuite). There was one window that couldn't close because the hinge was broken. The room was also boiling (despite it being cold outside). No setting of the thermostat would address this. I tried messaging the room on booking.com about these issues when I checked in but got no response. The wifi was also quite choppy.

"Fab modern stay close to Liverpool"

So modern very spacious and even had a cinema room available although we didn't use it as we were out and about.
Only issue is that there is no one there for Charles hope but the concierge for the residents most of the time were pretty nice
