The location was great, efficient check in, decoration nice.
2408 has a sewerage issue. It stinks. It smells so bad that one of our guests was violently sick and had to sleep in the tiny sofa. After reporting this on day one, a member of staff came with a spray and then we heard no more. We stayed 3 nights in total, hearing no more from the owners, no offer to move and no explanation or apology. The WiFi also does not work, nor does the coffee machine. I could list more. We also had the common issue of only one fob for 4 guests. We asked for a second before arrival as we were not moving as a group. With no way of entering the building without it, it messed up our entire weekend. Super unfortunate as the location and apartment decor wise is good. If you get allocated this apartment the night before, I’d request another.
