I stayed here. Mr Akram is very nice and staff is also good. Food is very tasty. Nice place to stay.

A pleasant stay at an affordable price. The best part is very cooperative and supportive staff.

The rooms are very good

They picked me up when I arrived at 11:30pm with my bus, for free. The bed is comfortable. The AC works, there is hot water in the washroom. The staff is helpful and you can easily contact them. They provide you free water (I had one bottle).

When I had to leave, they brought me to the bus stand but asked money whereas they told me it was free... I booked a room without AC and they upgraded me with an AC room but when I had to pay, they started to ask for more money... I explained to them that they told me it was for free and they accepted the right amount... Some water drop from the AC on the bed. The bedsheet had some hair on it/wasn't very clean.

The staff was incredible, me and my couple we were sick during the night and them always been open to help us, bring us water and gave us the option to take medicines. Great location, space room, fast wifi and good breakfast option. Very good option if you are going to visit Bikaner
