Great place, got a lot of help with everything I needed. They hired a cab for me and showed me around the city. Great place and great stay, also took care of breakfast and dinner for me. Even got me some deserts from a local shop

On an impromptu road trip to Jaisalmer, a late start from Delhi prompted us to look for a frugal no frills night halt option in Bikaner. Moon Haveli bed and breakfast is located in the old city outskirts however not very far from the Bikaner railway station. Our host Akram was very warm and accommodating and took care of our special request for meals off the menu for dinner. He also assisted us to get us the local papad without us having to go to the market since we only had a night halt. In the morning he personally guided us out of the city and onward for our journey to jaisalmer. It's such hospitality and earnestness that warms the heart for a traveller. Will go back and spend some time exploring in Bikaner next time and catch up with Akram. Anyone backpacking through can look it up as an option when in Bikaner.

No complaints at all!

My partner and I visited Moon Haveli while touring India on our motorcycles. We were warmly greeted and were very happy that our two motorcycles could be parked in a garage. Everything was clean, our room was spacious, and the washroom had plenty of hot water. We had breakfast and dinner, both were delicious and flavoursome; I highly recommend the food. Many thanks to our kind and considerate host for such a pleasant stay.

The property owner was really good , went beyond lines to help us . Really appreciate his nature .

The location 😔

The ambience is really comfortable

As I moved from the other hostel to here, I was welcomed . Room big & nice more quite than other location, bit easier to main road. I decided to stay & do my recovery here as it's comfortable & staff is extremely helpful. Food is good even though I can't eat much yet.. place is clean, plenty of blankets etc if cold. If need anything they know exactly where to send you.. very good English wifi works well..

Only difference here is it's a shared bathroom, but as I'm less sick now that not an issue it's alway clean, plenty of hot water. Not a problem just something have to note..

It is a good property located in old bikaner. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Service is not less than a 5 star property. They can go out of the box to help you. Please contact them once you reach bikaner as maps will take you to no entry and congested lanes.

Helpful, friendly host. Spacious room. We want to emphasize that we very much enjoyed the delicious homemade dinner prepared by the host's wife. You should not miss it!!! We need to mention that we had to postpone the already fixed arrival date for 2 days as I got ill. The host  granted delay in arrival without additional charge - thank you for that!

2nd time visit , very clean hygiene Room , Delicious Food lots of choice, Most City Tour Point Are Close , Good For Buisness Traveller on Budget , Staff is friendly and Helpful .
