Property was very clean, organized, and in a great location.

There is no elevator so you must carry heavy bags on the stairs.

Very clean, staff fantastic, air conditioning outstanding! 15 minute walk to train station! Very close access to restaurants and retail!

Pillows are extremely hard

Great location close to the water and ferry, local Shops and restaurants. Bright, modern, extremely well laid out.

Fridge didn’t work and although they said they would get it fixed, it never was. We had issues making contact on the first day when we were trying to get access but fortunately the cleaner let us in. Fitted bottom sheets would be better.

Nice location near the port. We were able to check in half an hour earlier which went very smoothly, which was great. Room was generally clean and had what we needed.

Shower was blocked when we arrived and flooded when used, but this was sorted by the owner the following day. Cleaners seemed to come very early, arriving at 10am one day and 11am the second. The first day we were still in the room so they weren’t able to clean. The second day they didn’t do a great job. The dirty towels we used to mop up the flooded bathroom weren’t replaced, no tea or coffee, or toilet paper, was replenished. They only seemed to make the bed which seemed very odd. There also was no ‘do not disturb’ option in case we didn’t wish for the cleaners to come. The room view was also terrible, looking onto a sad closed courtyard, but I think I knew about this when booking. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
