"Comfortable short stay"

Clean, tidy en suite double bedroom. All the utilities in the bathroom and appliances worked well. It was was spacious, well furnished and it offered some storage space. We stayed there for 4 days so that we could travel to the Cinque Terre. It is in the centre of La Spezia. There are pharmacies, food shops and cafes nearby. I recommend it for short stays only up to 1 week.

The flat is not staffed and it has self check in. This is fine. But there was no information on the local facilities and we had to find everything out for ourselves. No kitchenette so we could not cater for ourselves. You have to dine out if you stay there.

Great central location and very clean newly refurbished rooms

Access was a little complicated and parking in the area very difficult to find if you are travelling with a car.
