I booked Fab Hotels Bandra from Booking.com for 5 days but Hotel staff told me they do not have any room vacant and denied my stay. Also they said they have not received my money and it has gone to booking.com. Staff member Mishra misbehaved upon asking for my money back. I have been following up for 8 days with booking.com but I have got nothing back.

"Worst place. I dint stay and made another booking."

The hotel property shown on the website is under maintenance and was directed to another property which is worst. Its like a garbage slum area. Feel like looted by this booking.

"I will never ever book FAB property"

I had bad experience I will never book Fab properties. The worst location and hotel you had provided me. The original booking was in Bandra and then suddenly the day I arrived booking changed to Dharavi. The cleanliness of the property was worst
