Otel bize oldukça lüks hissettirdi. Oldukça kurumsal ve profesyonel bir hizmetleri var. Her gün alabildiğiniz maske, krem, serum gibi hediyelerine bayıldım! Aşırı merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik, merkezde olmasına rağmen sessiz ve rahattı. Yastık seçebilmek harika, çamaşır ve kurutma hizmetleri de harikaydı. Çamaşır makinesi 100 yen ile çalışıyor, daha ucuzunu görmemiştim. Ayrıca odadaki televizyondan müsaitliği de kontrol edebilmek harika! Planımıza kahvaltı dahildi ve hamur işlerini çok beğendik.

Kahvaltıda domuz eti yemeyen müşteriler de göz öninde bulundurulabilirdi. Japon mutfağını çok seviyoruz, ama hamur işleri dışında diğer seçenekler bize hitap etmedi. Otelde bulunduğum süre zarfında rahatsızlandım ve personelden gitmek istediğim bir kliniği aramalarını, müsaitlikleri olup olmadıklarını sormak istedim. Kendileri konuşamadılar ama telefonu kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Telesekreter tamamen japonca konuşuyordu bu yüzden malesef yardımcı olamamış oldular. Gene de tüm personel çok nazik ve kibardı, çabaları için teşekkür ederiz. Otelin sürdürülebilirlik konsepti çok başarılı. Oda çok güzel, tavanın diatomite olması bizi terli uyanmalardan kurtardı. Puan kırabileceğim tek yeri aşırı küçük olan banyosuydu. İşimizi gördü ancak uçak kabini gibi hissettirdi 😅 Onsen olması güzel, ancak japon banyodunu tanımadığım insanlarla çıplak bir şekilde deneyimlemek istemedim. Enfeksiyona da çok hassasiyetim olduğu için hiç kullanmadık. Randevulu olsaydı ve eşimle girebiliyor olsaydık daha hoş olurdu.
