Super Hotel Kyoto Shijokawaramachi

All clean and tidy, and very straight forward with the conditions and rules. Breakfast is very good. The location can't be better. Incredible hotel for a good price.

Windows in the dinning area and in rooms were translucent and not transparent.

The hotel was well located in Kyoto, the hotel had many additional facilities such as a laundry room, ice lollies for guests, free toiletries, access to the lounge for food and drinks throughout the day. This added an extra bonus to the stay as we were able to wash our laundry within the hotel, which is great when you are travelling for a long time. We also took advantage of the guests free drinks in the late afternoon, it was perfectly timed for a quick break at the hotel before heading out for the evening.

Struttura eccezionale, perfetta in tutto. Centrale, staff straordinario, tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. Dopo le 18.00 offrono aperitivo e gelati. Possibilità di scegliere il cuscino in base alle proprie esigenze. Ci siamo pentiti di non aver scelto Super Hotel in ogni città in cui siamo stati in Giappone, veramente TOP!

- Le charme de cet hôtel réside dans tous les petits bonus : open bar gratuit le soir avec alcools locaux, glaces gratuites, produits pour prendre soin de soi, pyjama gratuit, on a même le choix de son oreiller ! - Petit déjeuner buffet varié et qualitatif - Extrêmement bien placé - Pas bruyant

La chambre avait le confort basique mais n'était pas terrible : - petite (comme partout au Japon mais ici pas fonctionnelle du tout, par exemple aucun espace de rangement sous le lit donc les sacs/valisent prennent la moitié de la chambre) - odorante (remontées d'odeurs des tuyaux, vieille moquette) - brise vue sur la fenêtre donc on ne voit pas le dehors du tout ce qui est dérangeant, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre de plus de 10cm

Excelente estadía. El desayuno es muy completo, con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. También nos encantó la cantidad de amenidades disponibles para los huéspedes y el servicio de lounge por la tarde, con bebidas incluidas que hacen la experiencia aún más agradable. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Incluso nos asistieron con la recepción de un paquete durante nuestra estadía, lo que fue de gran ayuda y demuestra su excelente atención al cliente.
