Todo increíble, el personal muy muy atento a todas horas. Incluyen dos helados por día, 5 amenities por día, elección de almohadas, te reciben con té mientras te explican el funcionamiento del hotel y además tienen barra libre todos los días a la tarde.

Lo único, las habitaciones no suelen ser muy grandes pero aún así la estancia allí estuvo increíble.

La gentillesse du personnel. La situation de l'hôtel non loin du marché, des restaurants, des commerces. Métro et arrêts de bus à proximité. Les bains chauds : super pour se délasser !

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobry dojazd z dworca, wokół pełno restauracji, bardzo blisko i do pociągu, i do autobusów. Blisko do atrakcji Kioto Pokój większy niż standard japoński (choć nadal maleńki jak na standardy europejskie). Dobre śniadania - i japońskie, i europejskie dania. Darmowe lody. Dostęp do onsenu. Bardzo uprzejmy personel, szybkie rozwiązywanie problemów, można też bez trudu nadać bagaż do innego hotelu, a nasz wysłany tu z Tokio był bez trudu odebrany. Wejście do pokoju na kod - nie trzeba kart.

Dość małe pokoje, okno wychodzące na podwórko, w dodatku bez opcji otworzenia go - trochę jak w celi więziennej. Onsen nie jest dostępny przez cały czas - są wyznaczone konkretne godziny dla kobiet i konkretne dla mężczyzn.

Onsen, maiko performance, snacks, pajamas, staff always helpful and welcoming

They served free alcohol for a welcome drink every afternoon which I don't think is appropriate. The breakfast was pretty crowded and loud. Lots of single-use products available even though they say they are environmentally friendly.

Perfekte Lage! Super gut erreichbar und mit vielen kleinen Läden, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Die Fenster war "blind", man konnte also nicht nach draußen sehen.
