Great location and friendly staff, always our first choice when staying in seaham

Unfortunately the wine bar was not open during our 4 night stay, would have been nice if open Thursday as we were visiting for a birthday trip but hopefully next time

Breakfast was not available at this location but we knew that and it wasn't a problem. The Londonderry is in the centre of the town with plenty of cafes within a very short walking distance. It is also across the road from the sea. The room was lovely and large with plenty of tea, coffee, chocolate and sweet treats. There was also a fridge which we found handy.

We were there for three nights and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was thin and on a metal frame. Had we just been there one night, we might not have noticed so much.

Lovely and clean, great location, lovely little touches, sweets for the kids, fridge plenty of hot drink options. Comfy bed with clean towels, great jacuzzi bath

The hot water in the shower was extremely hot with no cold option, but it was fine I had a bath instead, no bother for one night but might become an inconvenience if you stayed any longer.

Nice room layout, very affordable

Bed was very squeaky the first night - could barely sleep. Owners addressed it so it was somewhat improved the next night. Probably a new bed would make this a stellar place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay, lovely clean room, excellent location. I loved the little sweets and biscuits left out, and the hot chocolate. All it needs is a microwave 😊
