"Very bad"

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I was walking to the lift on the day I arrived for my holiday (Apr 20th) and all of a sudden I slipped over and broke my left wrist. In front of the lifts there water mixed with bathing soap and when touched it was very slippery. After regaining my strength my wife have to rush me to Bangkok Hospital for emergency treatment. Doctor said my wrist is broken and need immediate operation. Spend one night at the hospital for further examination. Medical fees is extremely high and I paid about Baht 220000 for the surgery. I have made complain to Atlantis assistant manager and she promised to send my case to the insurance company. That was on April 22nd, till this day I still did not receive any update from her. Doctor said to refrain from working for sixty days. Very disappointed....

it was a great apartment and it had a great pool.

the bed was super hard, there was no hot water, Only body temp. The area is a bit far from the “action” in the city.
