Everything was good , children loved the place .

Nothing .

Never book such property, had to wait for 3 hours with family, and the representative was not kind enough to drop the room key or answer the call even after trying like hundreds of times.

Not at all professional, no space to wait for the representative to answer the call or wait to get keys. The only place in wing A had waiting area and AC was not working there

Most recommended place to stay for longer or shorter periods as the room has arranged with neatly with all the facilities including the kitchen equipment and utensils. The pool was amazing.

The original name of the resort is Atlatis Condo Resort, however the booking details were provided as Atlantis Jomtien Waterworld Resort and we haven’t found labels, hence its very confusing especially those who are coming 1st time. Please note in the resort haven’t any reception facilities, everything is online services only. Recommend to contact the hotel and get the reservation confirmation details along with the building and room number before reaching the resort. This will help to save the time and can be easily located at the particular building as the resort has multiple buildings. All the buildings have individual security and house keeping staff.
