Location was good.

We got changed to an apartment with one single bed in tha second room rather than a double or two singles as I had booked. While we got a discount in the end, it was an absolute battle. Apartment was also extremely hot and hard/impossible to even open windows to cool it down and no fan.

Unclear that the accommodation for 4 included a sofa bed. Was there or wasn't there free parking at the rear of the building?

The location and the comfy bed. Perfect spot for going to gigs at the Piece Hall and round and about in Halifax

The apartment did not have a cosy feel. No option on lighting in a very functional living room. Bedroom carpet was dirty and so was the draining board. The biggest thing was the endless communication and rules. Paid a lot for that many rules. Didn't feel at all like a holiday home.

Fab location, nice and quiet. Lovely and clean...spotless in fact. Good clear instructions

No dishwasher! But not a big deal. Would be nice to have a later check out time.
