Stairs dirty hairs on radiator, key safe not working,

It had everything you could need for a self catered stay, the size of the room and bathroom were perfect

If I had to think of something I didn’t like, it would just be that the radiator made some noises during the night which occasionally woke us up.

Very comfortable and well furnished - felt like a home from home.

Ideally would have liked a bigger bed and door of bathroom quite tricky to access from the bedroom - especially at night time (when partner in bed)

Everything is great expect internet.

The Wi-Fi is poor and there is no hot water after 9 pm.

We loved our stay in the Prescott Street Apartments. we have just moved to Halifax and myself and my two young children ended up staying a month while our house sale completed. It was in a really convenient location to discover the town. and go shopping, plus the apartment was clean and warm and very well equipped. The house managers, (all the staff in fact) is so nice and helpful, and chatty. Really made us all feel welcome. Free named parking too in a gated courtyard.

Nothing really - I wasn't sure where to put the rubbish, but you have to go around the back, onto Pine Street, and through the gates of the car park there's a huge bin.

Central location, with parking. Spacious living room.

Location was good for us

Far too many emails sent and very unclear who I was communicating with. I had to phone up to ensure I would receive check in instructions. I paid the full amount and then the same amount was taken from my account. It took two emails and a phone call to be refunded. Only 2 small (ie not premium) toilet rolls provided for 3 people for 3 nights. Could have been more generous.
