Apartment has not been cleaned from previous occupation, had to call and get a different apartment. Staff on phone were very good getting us a different one quickly . Apartment we got was smaller and carpets were very dirty, Lots of major scaffolding work in progress so was very noisy all day.

Decor and facilities modern and very clean throughout. Love that it had a second bedroom for my daughter as I would have woken her up if she were in the same room. Love that it had a bath/shower combined. Very homely.

Had to pay for parking from 8am and only for a maximum of 4hrs, I don’t know if a permit would be available for guests visiting the property as we had to make sure we were out of the apartment by a certain time in the morning. Hot water ran out after 1 person showered or had a bath.

Clean and cost. Location is excellent. All the amenities are within walking distance.

It was a bit pricy.

The apartment was nice, but not thoroughly cleaned and was smelling of smoke our whole stay, and there was an issue with keys which resulted in us not being able to access the apartment for 2 to 3 hours after our check in time.

Exceptionally clean, modern, quiet and comfortable.

There was no parking. Street parking was only 4 hrs maximum and nearest 24hr parking was quite a walk away although if we knew the area better there may have been closer street parking. Do your research before you go and not whilst sat in busy traffic prompting you to just find the nearest multi storey.

The location was quiet even though it was near the centre. The appartment was very clean and new. It was very well-equipped.

The main front door lock was loose. I reported it.
