The boat is so dirty specially the rooms we were not able to sit on the bad washroom was smelling and so dirty . Food they serve was awful i don’t know how they got good rating. It runied whole experience we checked out as soon as we reached port. Horrible experience

The boat itself is lovely and bedroom was comfortable.

Walls are quite thin so struggled to get a good night sleep as had a very upset baby next door. Good was OK, definitely could’ve been a lot better and give both myself and my partner an upset stomach. The whole boat had salt water instead of normal water which wasn’t too nice to shower in or burst out teeth but OK for one night.

The staff,lunch and dinner are excellent, The boat is comfortable.

Breakfast,only served Idly.and coffee.

Our stay at Venice Premium House Boats was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped onboard, everything felt perfect. The experience itself was surreal. Waking up to those unreal, postcard-like views of Alleppey’s backwaters is something I will never forget. It felt like time slowed down, just us, nature, and pure calm. The food deserves a special mention. It was absolutely authentic, fresh, and full of local flavors. Every meal felt like a true taste of Kerala. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the warmth of the staff. A big shoutout to Pooja, our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She did not just take care of us, she brought the place to life with her stories about Alleppey, its history, and culture. It added such a beautiful, personal touch to the entire journey. I went with my wife, and it turned out to be one of those experiences we will cherish forever. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for something peaceful, authentic, and truly special.
