"Exceptional"

We had such a great time staying here. The location of the property is great and while next to a busy road, it was so quiet inside. Absolutely peaceful. It had everything you could need, including a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Contact with Caroline was so pleasant and warm. Honestly can't wait to go back one day. Perfect place to explore the Cotswolds! Highly recommend.

"Perfect Accomodation, great location"

Fantastic location, very short walk into Bourton on the Water. Accomodation was lovely, everything you could possibly need, comfortable, clean and decorated really nicely ( loved the ceiling in the main living area). Host was also really polite, friend and helpful. The enclosed garden and nature reserve across the road were perfect for our dog and made even better when we discovered the fresh milk and cheese vending machine. Also very convenient for Hawkstone Brewery. Would 💯 stay again when we return to the Cotswolds

"Perfect Cotswolds weekend"

We loved how quirky the annexe was and it had everything we needed. Excellent location and privacy. Caroline was lovely and helpful and we hope to return.

Very comfortable stay. The annexe is secure and very quiet. We had two dogs and it was great to know they could go into the garden and be safe. Also a great garden space if wanting to enjoy the outside space. The accommodation had everything you needed; lots of little extras. The shower was great; hot water straight away and great pressure. We slept very well. The bed was very comfortable! The location is perfect. We walked into the centre and felt safe walking back at night. The owner made us aware that we could check in earlier as was ready. Caroline also touched based and was attentive throughout. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

it was in a great location, the host Caroline was lovely, was really helpful, and easy to contact. It's close to the main centre, which hosts a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops - it's beautiful, as was this property
