Friendly and helpful staff, great location in the centre of Seminyak

This is not the fault of the property but you could hear the neighbours and guests in the upstairs rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be helpful to have some ear plugs handy :)

Staff were friendly and reactive to my general needs. Good location and the design and decor of the property is great. There is absolute privacy. The WiFi is good. Daily cleaning was very good and consistent.

No welcome contact to provide Whatsapp contact details if problems arose. Sofa was so old that the metal / wood bars were felt, and sitting and laying were very uncomfortable. I previously stayed here in a different room and didn't have this problem. I was unwell with Bali Belly and wanted to be able to rest on the sofa rather than the bed, so that I was closer to the bathroom and recovered in front of the television, and this was extremely difficult. The shower hot water was not hot, but not a major issue.

The property was private and clean

As a solo female traveler the first night walking down the dark ally way from the Main Street was a bit uncomfortable however after I became friendly with the locals who live in the ally way as well and felt much more comfortable.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment was also true to its photos.

Unfortunately upon arriving at the property the balcony door was broken and could not be locked. Upon raising the issue with management they stated that it would require a full day to fix which would involve multiple people in our room. The apartment complex is down an alleyway meaning we felt extremely unsafe with the balcony door being open, especially at night when there was also no safe to store our valuables. We were unfortunately offered no compensation for this or given a different room option, despite raising our concerns about the room multiple times. Additionally, although it seams to be the centre, the location is not great for the best restaurants and cafes, all are around a 15 minute ride away so be prepared for this.

I love the location of the property

This is my 6th stay and I’ve enjoyed it every other time but I wouldn’t stay again. Lots of mozzies inside even after I flagged this with staff was nothing they could do due to cracks in the door. Bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. It was really noisy

Wonderful staff. Peaceful location and quiet at night.
