Excellent location in the middle of town and close to beach. Late check in facilitated. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Laundry service next door excellent.

We booked the property for 3 adults, but it was set up for 2 people, with no extra crockery and cutlery for the 3rd person even upon request. Towels and sheets for sofa bed provided on request. Road noise minimal but when other guests walking up metal steps outside the room there is no sound insulation so were woken in the night with this.

Its so pretty, exactly like what is shown in picture

Honestly they only Con was stairs, We stayed at level 3 and we have to climb up.

Peaceful asides from some young idiots above us ( but you can’t help other guests )

Small and self contained

Paid for two adults and one 15 year old teen, he had to use the couch to sleep on which was fine but a bit squashed if three of us wanted to watch TV during day or night, kitchen sink no hot water and plug wouldn’t hold water, sponge to wash dishes had been used and no drying towels to drys dishes. Only two of everything eg plates cups even though I stated I have 3 people. Three towels given a day so if we swam in pool didn’t have spare to shower at night, workers friendly but minimal English. Shower had mould around floor, don’t trust booking.com for ratings I did and it wasn’t what I’d expected definitely not a four star as it states

Like the proximity to the markets shops and supermarket, apartment more suited to a couple than a family.

Location was convenient

Cleaning wasn't up to standard, bed sheets were dirty and stained.

The location worked really well for us. Near the main drag in Seminyak, but also tucked away in a quiet location. Close to the Bintang Supermarket for supplies. Jojo and the other staff were fantastic. Easy to communicate and make requests via WhatsApp. Good size loft apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. The shower could benefit from a glass door to keep water from getting on the floor.

Very kind staff... worked very hard to keep the property as clean as possible. Location is perfect: everything you need is within walking distance.

The apartment was advertised as a property consisting of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, etc. In fact, this is a loft. The so-called bedroom is on the apartment's second level but not separated from the living room. Also, the WI-Fi was a bit unstable @ times. One final thing that may not necessarily apply to everyone is concerning the lighting. I found it rather poor... it was impossible to shave in the bathroom simply because there was not enough light. Aside from that, the rest was good. Overall rating - 7.5
