Design, comfort, ease and the convenience of location

I had hoped pool might have been more assessable, was open to other neighbouring units so good to be courteous of their stay.. and conscious of the close proximity when using the pool.

Super clean and modern, nice size and big bed

Only possible slight thing was the shower was a tiny bit on the smaller side. Hardly a problem though

Everything! We will be back. My 4 year old loved it. This is a place it would be easy to stay longer term. It was quiet but still very cental. The pool was heaven. Loved the huge water bottle provided in the room

Nothing. Felt nervous about security initially when we arrived because the room door is directly on the alleyway. But ended up being fine. This feels abit like an airbnb, there was cleaning staff but not really anyone else.

Every single thing! The apartment, the location, the facilities, the amenities and the staff! Especially the staff and the management! Oh, how they made our stay perfect! They took care of everything; from a late check-in and bike rental to a late check-out (with a reasonable fee and seamless process)!
