La ubicación era lo mejor de este apartamento sin ninguna duda. El anfitrión fue amable en el recibimiento. Lo demás dejaba mucho que desear.

La falta de limpieza ha sido lo peor del apartamento: olor muy fuerte, manchas en los muebles, el microondas tenia marcas de dedos sucios,… Todo esto indicaba que el apartamento no se había limpiado a conciencia. Pero lo peor fue el lavabo: había manchas de pis en la taza de uno de los WC (asqueroso). El agua de la ducha salía e inundaba el suelo del aseo, y el cubo de la fregona estaba tan viejo que se rompió al intentar usarlo. Estuve a punto de irme. Además las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran bien, está todo lleno de relojes antiguos que hacen ruido.. Todo bastante decepcionante la verdad. No recomiendo alojarse aquí si no solucionan todo esto.

Der lugtede meget indelukket og fugtigt. Lejligheden var i virkelig dårlig stand og specielt badeværelserne var vandskadet. Der var mange unødvendige ting der blev opbevaret i lejligheden, og altanen var helt fyldt med ting og sager

Casa spaziosa ed accogliente in stile molto particolare con arredi d’epoca bagni piccoli ma di buona fattura. Abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci un signore gentile ma che non parlava inglese quindi abbiamo fatto fatica a capirci. Ci aspettavamno anche due bottiglie di vino locale, del pane del formaggio ed un affettato.

Nella descrizione della struttura non è chiaro che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide ed impervie. Bisognerebbe che fosse più chiaro.

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, restaurants und cafés in der Nähe!

Eingangsschloss war defekt, es war mmer ein Zittern ob es klappt mit dem Öffnen. Nur ein Schlüssel für 6 Perrsonen. .Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber geputzt. Toilettenreiniger rund um die Toilette verspzitzt. Krümel im Backofen vom Vormieter! Nach dem Duschen bei Bad nr, 1 nasse Füsse und übelriechender Badvorleger.. Wohnung war zum angebenen Zeitpunkt nicht fertig, Putzfirma hatte Verspätung und es fand keine korrekte Übergabe statt,

La ubicación dentro de Lisboa es inmejorable. A pasos de las mayores atracciones, de restaurantes y comercios. El departamento en sí es muy bonito e impecablemente limpio.

Todo nos ha gustado, aunque hay que tener presente que no es apto para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida pues hay que subir muchas escaleras y bastante empinadas.

This apartment is truly beautiful with high ceilings, ancient doors, lovely chandeliers and period furniture. The location is excellent. It was lovely to have the wine, cheese and bread to welcome us. It should be noted that there is a fourth single bedroom. It is curtained off from the dining room but came in very handy for our family.

It appears this is a new property that still needs some additions. Having said that, when we noted there was no drying rack for clothes-the hosts had it delivered the next day. The dishwasher door does not open properly but we were able to use it. Some of the doors do not open properly or make loud noises. They should be fixed. The brown 80s sofas should be replaced with something as charming as the rest of the apartment. There is air conditioning in only two of the rooms, one of which frequently has a buzzing noise.
