очень грязно! сильно пыльно! у кого нет аллергия на пыль и грязь-в этих апартаментах она у вас появиться! вся мебель куплена на блошиных рынках. не опрятно. посудомоечная машина открывается на 1/2-пользоваться невозможно. посуды не достаточно. сахар собран из пакетиков,забранных из кафе,все сальное и жирное. новые полотенца сильно пахнут табаком. течет из душа на пол,неприятно мыться.в ванной хранят химию для уборки и грязную швабру,хотя места для хранения инвентаря много ! в одной из комнат текла вода с потолка на кровать!!! представитель не разговаривает по английский! зайти в квартиру сложно-на входе нет обозначения . мы забыли айпад в квартире-нашего друга в Лисабоне не пустили проверить,сославшись на то что хозяин проверил сам и у них никогда ничего не пропадало. но с учетом той грязи и пыли и скудной обстановки в апартаментах -то айпад покроется слоем толстой пыли где то в углу или в шкафе,так как никто его не заметит с учетом того как все там есть. осталось ощущение брезгливости от проживания. не рекомендую.

CLLa ubicación inmejorable y la atención del anfitrión, siempre atento y dando sugerencias. El departamento es lindo, amplio y tiene esa intención muy particular de rescatar la estructura antigua. Está equipado con todo o que uno necesita.
La escalera del edificio es un poco incómoda, oscura y estrecha, y justo nos tocó que estaban haciendo trabajos en un piso de arriba, entonces siempre habían escombros o pedazos de muebles, lo que dificultaba más el tránsito (y generaba más ruido de o normal). El departamento es muy lindo, pero por priorizar elementos estéticos pierde practicidad en ciertas cosas, como los lavamanos, las camas y algunos muebles, por ejemplo. De todas maneras lo recomiendo para grupos numerosos ya que es amplio y tiene varias habitaciones.

Might need to provide some more things for a self catering accommodation like knife, working washer & drier. Excellent location. Not suitable for people with disability. No access to lift. Had few occasions were electricity tripped whilst using cooker

USWe absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. It was located right in the heart of everything! Souvenir shops, hip/local restaurants, small grocery stores, and so much more are located all on the same block. Not only that, but the main squares and parks are a minute's walk away. The property truly made our stay that much more enjoyable. It had all the necessities and more! Not to mention it was extremely well decorated and trendy.
