"A little slice of heaven"

This is a wonderful Onsen. The rooms are spectacular. This was our second trip to Tokachigawa Moor and everything about this place is first class. Beautifully crafted meals, friendly and personal service. This is as relaxing as it gets.

The staff is very very polite and excellent in every aspect. Check-in experience is amazing! The interior design, room layout and materials are all exceptional. The food prepared rivals many M-star restaurants. Very very well done!

While the room design is very nice, it would be nice and convenient if the toilet room could include a sink. I have requested a quiet room, unfortunately there is some landscaping/construction activities going on just outside our hotel room, using noisy machines throughout the day. This construction machine noise really disturbed the zen enjoyment of the outdoor onsen.

"贅沢、自分の御褒美"

清潔、料理、温泉、スタッフ、全て良かったです。帰って来て現実を実感する。

特にありません。お土産の店とか無いのが新鮮でした。もう少し御値段が安いと、何回も行けるけど、御値段も納得出来る

On rentre dans un autre monde. Des prestations hauts de gamme. Une architecture qui rend le lieux magique. Un personnel discret mais présent quand il le faut Un repas et un petit dej qu on n oublie pas... A recommander

직원들은 친절했고, 시설이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다..! 시설자체가 그림같은 신비로운 느낌

개선점은..아닌데 꼭 공지를 숙지하는걸 추천합니다 ㅜ 제대로 안읽은 저의 탓이라, 일단 체크인이 8시까지 와야 저녁식사든 그 다음날 아침식사까지 줄 수 있다는거 가서 알았어요 ㅠ 하필 비행기 연착때문에 너무 늦었고.. 밥은 먹고 들어가야해서 일단 먹고 갔는데 ㅜㅜ 11시가 되더라구요. 공지에서는 늦게 들어오는건 안된다고 나와있는데 그래도 늦으시간 들여보내주셔서 감사했습니다..
