"Good location and room but would prefer a first floor room"

Great location and room was good. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Shower area was extremely narrow in our studio apartment. Being on the ground floor there was some noise always from the next block of apartments. Also had to always keep the curtains drawn and use lights.
