SpringHill Suites Pasadena Arcadia

It was a nice clean room, we enjoyed it.

I didnt dislike anything about our stay here.

Great location right off the 5 for a road trip. Very spacious rooms with a very large couch/pull-out. Lots of nice green grass around the property for pets. Nice and quiet for a great night's sleep!

There was no hand soap in the bathroom nor at the kitchen area sink. The pet fee was $125 per night!!! I only paid $129 for the room, so I think this amount for a pet fee is very excessive.

The room was spacious and lovely.

Like the location where there are many eateries around the hotel.

Did not like our initial room. The room smelled like someone smoked in the room and the shower head was not working properly because there was not enough water pressure that we couldn't take a shower. Fortunately, I told the staff about it with a video of the shower head and moved to us to a better room.

Not a very big selection of food.

Breakfast and the towels were quite rough. The shower head was not well adjustable as water spilled iout of the stall when shower door was opened.
