Overall, a good breakfast with waffles and pastry, eggs and bacon.

Train tracks right outside our window. Then the karaoke bar, so loud. One night, there were also kids above us running till after midnight, and we could feel the whole room shaking. The hotel looks tired, outdated. But overall clean and the staff were friendly.

Staff were very understanding and helpful. We left the day after we got there and they gave us a full refund because of the issues which was great.

The shower was broken, spraying everywhere, and little to no water pressure. The sink drain also was blocked so water was not going down. There was hair and particles on the bed (like they were not washed just remade) and when we lifted the sheets on one of the beds there was someone’s old bandaid stuck to it. There was also blood on the floor and on the bathroom door.

Very good location and clean, the breakfast is good it was very nice to stay there.

The location of the Springhill Suites is excellent. The staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was easy and so appreciated. I would stay here again.
