WoodSpring Suites Richmond Airport

Everything was very clean, the rooms are set up like a small apartment, I think this hotel is designed for short-term stay workers but it suited us just fine for a few hours of sleep before an early morning flight the next morning.

I think it's the city water but the water was so chlorinated it dried my hands out within a few times of washing them and made my skin almost crack. Again I just think Richmond City Water must be heavily chlorinated we could smell it quite strongly.

Booked a non smoking room but it smelt like cigarettes

Very nice facility especially for the price

We booked 3 rooms with double beds for 6 traveling for work and when we got there they said they only had 2 double beds and 1 bed. We had to pay for an extra room and no accommodation or discount was made. Ended up paying for 4 rooms vs 3.

Clean and comfortable

I liked the price for the hotel for one night.

I ordered a king room and was put in a queen and my husband and I were cramped. I didn't get into the room until about 4:20 because of issues with my reservation but that part wasn't Woodspring suites issue it was because I booked third party. I would Iike next time I book a king room to get a king room.
