"Superb"

We a family with 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights. Hosts were very good, specially Morgan who was ready to assist anytime we rang him. Situated in a very convenient location. Apartment was clean and managed by a hotel operator. Gym and pool access are provided to the visitors, but if ladies wish to take a dip in the pool, wearing a swimming hat is a must. Luckily my daughter had one, else the caretaker wouldn't allow her to jump in. Special thanks to Morgan, thank you mate for taking care of us like family.

There is no designated parking facility, but visitors can park Infront of the building and Morgen assured us safety of the car all through out the stay.

The location of the apartment is very convenient

Firstly I would like to point out the fact that the pictures posted are very deceiving. The apartment was only 30% as shown in the picture. It didn't even have a washing machine or a proper sofa for a family of 7. The air condition was not working in the living room, there was only 1 pan in the entire kitchen . Although there were many amenities mentioned, more than half of it were missing. This was our third visit to Fairway Apartments, and each time the standard has reduced. Hope the authorities concerned will have a look into this as it was such a disappointing stay after paying 38,000 LKR.

The proximity to the hiway, food city was very close. The ride to the beach was close enough too.
