It is clean , staff is friendly there is a supermarket under the building

The location was good, close to a lot of amenities as well as places to visit. Also it was not too crowded and the availability of a mini supermarket on the ground floor is a plus.

Our apartment was not ready when we arrived with the kids quite tired from a long drive. It was 3.15 pm, and their check-in time is 2 pm. We had requested an early check-in at 1 p.m., and they knew we were coming early. However, it ended up being 3.15 pm, and yet they were not ready and wanted us to wait for an hour more The janitor/caretaker was surprisingly rude at first when we inquired why the room was not ready. I had to call booking.com and wanted to cancel the apartment altogether after that encounter. In any case, while waiting for booking.com to deal with the mess, it was already 4.30pm, and we were given the keys. The apartment needs better cleaning - the curtains had a thick coat of dust, and the sofas were dusty as well. The toilets flushing system is weird - you have to hold it for several seconds to flush, and that too doesn't help. Once, I had to use water in a can to flush. Very strange system considering how relatively new this building is. Not enough toilet paper provided - a half used roll in every toilet. The kitchen is poorly equipped with cheap stuff. The pool is OK at 1.2 meters The 'gym' only has a treadmill and a cycle, so don't keep your expectations high. The janitor/caretaker is seen cleaning rooms all the time, but I am not sure if he is doing an effective job. Overall, I would not recommend this place for the amount paid. We did a tour of down south and had 3 places booked through booking.com - only this place did not meet our expectations for the amount paid.

Apartment was extremely clean. Had a facility of a washer dryer and microwave which was quite useful.. The caretaker was pleasant and attended to all inquiries and needs on time.

The rooms were a decent size, and having a washing machine was handy. The pool is adequate.

Our room was not serviced, which was disappointing. We got back about 8.30pm, which was a very inconvenient time for someone to service a room for a family with young children. He only swept, then left. What's worse, the following morning, when we checked out, the front desk person took my credit card for at least 5 minutes, I was shocked and since complained to booking about his actions.

The location is very convenient, and the apartment was well equipped, and comfortable. Special thanks to Morgan, who was very kind and helpful during our stay, we were delighted by his service.
