Everything, too small, too dark, only very small double bed plus to top it all off we didn't stay at the sapphire hotel as they moved us into the residency hotel, we walked out and booked another hotel. I don't think that the staff knew what they are doing. We tryed to get our money back but the staff member lied.

Ideal for a cheap night stay . In a great location close to music and karaoke bars . Close to town center.

What I expected for the price can't complain

The manger was rude the rooms was dirty and facilities was broken overall disgusting this hotel promotes domestic violence the manager said it was fine I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN@ND DISABILITIES

Location is close to the beach

Fire alarms going off, rude staff and no towels in the room. Some people didn’t even get a kettle & there was domestic violence in the hotel which was originally ignored by staff

It was very run down/ not well maintained
