Nothing, worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything that could be broken was broken in this room, including the windows! I know this was cheap, but disgusting does not cover how bad this room was.

The bedding wasn’t clean had footprints on Water and shower only cold water No teabags or sugar only coffee and only one cup Shelf in bathroom hanging off wall

The only positive thing about this facility is location. Close proximity to the beach and social amenities.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Sapphire Hotel Blackpool. In all my years of travelling, this was the first hotel room I have ever stayed in that did not provide towels. When I approached reception to request them, I was repeatedly told that the towels were still in the laundry, and none were made available during my stay. The room itself was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard, which further added to my dissatisfaction. At check-in, I was required to pay a £20 refundable key deposit. Upon checkout, I was informed that the refund would be processed and would appear in my account within two days. However, it has now been more than three weeks, and I have still not received the refund. In addition, the hotel charges £12 per night for parking, yet the parking area has very limited space and the bays are extremely cramped, making parking difficult and inconvenient. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor cleanliness, unresolved refund issue, and inadequate parking facilities made this a very disappointing experience. I would not consider staying here again.

It was dirty, the cupboards were full of alcohol cans, and the mattress was so stained it was scary to lie on. I will never return to this hotel again.
