Key box was where stated. It opened using the code given. The property was clean and well prepared though, for me, too modernistic and less practical. It was the perfect location for my stay and all amenities that I needed were provided.

The access to the promised Parking facility was not available and the providers must have known this as there was supposed to be a fob to open the parking door. It was not in the lock box with the property keys and not available during my whole stay. This cost me an extra £30.00 for the first nights stay in an NCP Car Park opposite. They also did not respond to a request regarding parking on the final day which cost another £17.00. This property was chosen because of the provided parking.

Loved it 😁The apartment was lovely and clean with an amazing view over the city. We had a great weakend 👍would stay again.

when you flush the toilet, the cistern would overflow and constantly run for 10 minutes until stopping. Though nothing to do with the apartment, Car horns blasting outside from 1am until 4am on the Saturday night wasn't fun

Needs a bit of maintenance and a few comfortable touches like; 1. Some rugs 2. Welcome pack - brekkie stuff Maintenance 1. Toilet roll holder - not there 2. Washing machine - doors not closing 3. Clothes horse to allow drying

This is a really lovely place to stay. It is well equipped, very comfortable and immaculately clean. You couldn't ask for a better location as you are easy walking distance from almost everything. Superb secure parking too. Pretty snazzy city view from a lovely little balcony and a super comfy bed. Would I recommend the place? 100% yes. Would I stay there again. Hell yeah!

Being a typical traveller, i headed straight to the toilet on arrival. Imagine my surprise when the toilet seat rolled across the bathroom floor. Suffice it to say that we made do, as we received no response from our Superhosts

The ideal location for our needs. Flooded with sunlight in the mornings - it was the best of weekends after all! The lounge was comfortable and the bed and bedding was very cosy.

The shower in the bathroom needs urgent attention. cannot fix the shower head in the attachment any sense, the spray floods the floor which doesn’t give for a very enjoyable shower. Also the push flush on the toilet needs looking at - very difficult to operate. No wine glasses in the cupboard and the mugs need replacing, badly stained. No hairdryer in the apartment as per description but one was brought to the property when I contacted the host.

Fantastic location. Easy to get the key and let ourselves in; the host kept in touch virtually throughout the process Good amenities in the apartment itself and great views. Great value for money for the apartment.

Bathroom was a bit tired and needs some TLC. Same again the laminate flooring throughout The garage door Fob - We were told to go inside and press the button to let ourselves in. as the door fob stopped working. Luckily we only had to park up/leave once but if we were using our car throughout the holiday this would have been frustrating. At least the host answered the call but not what we wanted on first arrival.

The comms received 48hrs prior to arrival were unsettling, for what was supposed to be a more relaxed & alternative (to hotel) approach to 2 night business stay in Manchester …..quote “Please DO NOT mention Airbnb to anyone in the building. It is strictly against the rules” Quite an ask when the entrance is secured by a fob, finding the parking place & navigating the secure car park, using communal lift & most stressful of all needing to walk past the reception security personnel several times a day! It was unnecessary stress added to a busy work schedule. But tbh the key safe was the most enlightening, bolted to a public handrail, 200metres from the entrance to the building. Discovered only one wine glass for two people on first evening, then no hairdryer in apartment 8am on first morning, wet hair at an important business meeting was frankly degrading. I spent lunchtime running to Boots to buy a cheap one for next morning as my morning message to the contact telephone number was undelivered. Not an emergency but by then pressed for time for a solution & lost trust. I really don’t think it is up to the guest to keep Shtum about being present in an apartment building especially when they’re only informed after they’ve paid the full balance. Left us no choice but to roll with it. From an emergency point of view it’s concerning & asks many questions.

The location was great except it was very noisy on Saturday night. The kitchen was well equipped and the Lounge was comfortable .

The bed was uncomfortable and possibly broken on one side, the duvet cover wasn't the right size, the grout in the bathroom could do with redoing. Also the check in process was super confusing and we twice ended up in the wrong location.
