1 Bed Deansgate Flat Free Parking

Very relaxing. Inside the city center.

Some light bulbs were not working. It was tricky to have heated water. But the hosts were very responsive.

Convenient, excellent location. Great customer service. Very comfortable, good looking apartment.

Took me a while to realize I had to "boost" the water heater in order to get hot water

The room was very nice, located on the 8th floor with a great view of Manchester over the City Centre. It had a Balcony with 2 x chairs and a table which was a nice feature. We sat outside and had coffee a couple of times enjoying the views and just people watching. The Room had everything you needed, utensils, Shower Gel, Tea, Coffee and milk pouches in the fridge. Had a Smart TV, heating was easy to use too. I would advise you to bring your own towel. The apartment was in a great location, just outside the apartment block are lots of young bars just opposite and an Irish bar next to the main reception entrance. Very central and less than a 5 min walk to the tram station, china town and around 10-15 minutes on the tram to the A.O arena. The bed and sofa was very comfortable and after a busy Friday night and Saturday day, we just chilled and stayed in on the Saturday night. There is a Sainsburys opposite the tower block which was really convenient as well as lots of other shops just a couple of minute walk away. For location this was an excellent apartment

1. It says 1 x free parking space on the booking. We were only told after we'd made the payment (which was non-refundable) and a couple of months after we'd make the booking on booking.com, that they no longer had the parking space - we had to pay £69 for a parking space on top that we thought was included. 2. My phone broke after I dropped just before we reached the apartment. So I couldn't watch the video of where to find the key (it's located in a secure box on steps near a car park). I became very frustrated as after 20 minute of trying to fix my phone and walking around trying to find the key in the dark, in the rain. We were told on the booking not to speak to the concierge, however my partner had enough by this point and spoke to concierge as we needed help. We were informed that the flat shouldn't be rented out to anyone on booking.com or Air B&B, we felt like we shouldn't be there. Luckily the concierge turned a blind eye, knew exactly where the key was and took my partner to it, he was very helpful. He was cool about it, but we could of had a problem if it was another guy on reception. So just be warned, make sure you watch the video over again and remember where it's located because if you break your phone and can't contact the hosts, you can't speak to Concierge for help as you may get your refusal to your apartment. I've never had this on an apartment booking before so it was a little off putting that we had to be sneaky. We had no hot water on the Saturday night, I text the hosts for help Sat evening, but still heard nothing back in the morning until I asked the question again at 9am. Was told how to fix it and it would take around an hour. That is the check out time, so we couldn't have a shower on the Saturday night or the Sunday morning (the water was freezing) which was pretty poor.

The view was lovely and it is in a great location. Nice big TV comfy sofa...

No hot water on arrival, then again one morning. Mould/hairs in the shower. No frying pan. A bit tired and shabby, gaps in laminated floor. Tiny towels and hard pillows. Some heaters not working. Not luxurious at all!

Great location! Very clean and comfortable.

Pretty well everything. Excellent apartment- design, facilities, location etc etc Staff very helpful when I had questions.

Perhaps if there were an instruction pack for various things- heating, tv remote etc.
