We had an exceptional stay, thou no fault of the hosts. We had our stay interrupted by someone else being in the apartment on our return from an evening out. It turns out that the “intruder” was staying there illegally and without the host’s knowledge. We didn’t stay and moved into other accommodation, due to the intruder smoking in the apartment. We couldn’t fault the customer service of the hosts, who refunded our booking cost and paid the difference in price for our new accommodation. Perfect response to a tricky situation.

Very well situated with easy access to retail locations, high street and a large selection of restaurants.

Fantastic property for a work stay or leisure stay in the heart of Manchester. Hosts were very helpful and responsive , I will certainly book again if I’m staying in the area.

Nicely furnished, clean, quiet, easy access to convention centre and restaurants, clear instructions on check in, facilities, etc.

Hot water supply isn’t great, when no hot water you need to press the booster button in the boiler and wait a while. Needed to plan ahead for a hot shower! Also very little and old shampoo and body wash available! Hardly enough left for 2 showers. The hand soap liquid was diluted with water! I expected those to be new supplies.
