The apartment is in a great location

It was not hygienic to stay in the apartment. There was urine on the walls in the bathroom, and there was an extremely strong smell of bleach through the apartment. The living area smelled of stale cigarettes, and the heater did not work. The apartment is dated, not ‘luxury’ which would have been ok had it been suitable for us to stay there, but it wasn’t. Getting the keys was a very odd experience, the lock box is a block away from the apartment.

The best communication from a host I've ever had. Online links to everything you need in the apartment such as wifi codes, and a really good little video on location of the key box, how to open it, then the exact door to the apartment block. Once inside, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the location is great, especially for Manchester Central just a very short walk away.

Just a few minor points. One of the heaters wasn't working, but the apartment wasn't cold, even in January. There's a few old cables (speakers I think, so not a danger) coming out of the wall that look a little untidy. There's nothing that would stop me from booking again.

The space and the view was nice

Being left out in the freezing cold because check in video was not working and got sent a code for lock box that didn’t work. Reception didn’t help at all and was initially quite rude. Apartment was freeing with no heating, mattress was filthy with only a thin sheet on top that didn’t even wrap around. There was dust lying around the apartment. Overall, could not get comfortable as it was way too cold and didn’t pack enough cost warm clothes due to the fact it’s expected that anywhere you pay food money to stay would have heating!!!

Very nice apartment in a central location with everything you need, big comfy bed. Nice big bathroom and living room. The room has a balcony and has some nice views. The checkin and checkout are very smooth and the hosts are super responsive and quick to reply. There are clear instructions for everything. Great price for the money.

Fantastic location - felt very safe. Hosts were fantastic with communication. Lots of utensils and equipment to use.

Needs a bit of a spruce up. Not able to get radiator in bathroom working. Freezer needed defrosting door wouldn’t close.
