"Comfort and easy to get to."

I love this place stayed before and it didn’t disappoint this time either. Really comfy with all the modern comforts of home. Right in the centre of things so easy transport links via train bus and tram. Close to so many shops and restaurants. The staff at the front desk are also really nice and always willing to help you out. Felt very safe with the access needed to get in. And the balcony is always a huge plus. I love the floor to ceiling windows.

Had some trouble with the cooker but that may have been user error staff helped sort it right away. Take slippers as hard floors so can be a bit chilly.
