Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w Abihon HoferHaus Mactan Guesthouse. Od samego przyjazdu czuliśmy się mile widziani. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i zaangażowany – zawsze z uśmiechem i gotowością do pomocy. Ich podejście do gości naprawdę robi różnicę. Obiekt ma bardzo przyjemną, spokojną atmosferę. Jest czysto, zadbanie i komfortowo. Wszystko było dobrze zorganizowane, a pobyt przebiegał bez najmniejszych problemów. Lokalizacja również na plus – blisko lotniska, sklepów i restauracji, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. To miejsce z pozytywną energią i świetną obsługą. Bez wahania wrócilibyśmy ponownie i z czystym sumieniem polecamy każdemu odwiedzającemu Mactan. Zdecydowane 10/10!

El personal era encantador, en concreto había una chica joven, su nombre es Precious, que era un amor. Nos ayudó en todo y fue muy muy amable. Un 10 para ella.

Aunque tenía un jardín muy bonito, la habitación no tenía ventana y sobretodo el baño estaba muy mal.

Accueil merveilleux. Propriété et personnel aux petits soins et très accueillants. Belle grande chambre au calme. Celle de notre fille par contre avait les toilettes à l’extérieur de la chambre, mais était très bien quand même. Très beau jardin et possibilité de massage (très tonique!). Petit déjeuner par contre très sommaire

La atención de la recepcionista

No nos gustó nada, ya no solo que haya que compartir baño, sino que el baño estaba en otra planta. Fuimos a darnos una ducha por la noche y habían cortado el agua, la máquina del aire acondicionado era como tener un avión dentro de la habitación del ruido tan horrible que había. NADA RECOMENDABLE

Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und die Außenanlage ist am Abend hübsch beleuchtet.

Eine Info zuvor: Wir haben hier nur kurz das Zimmer angeschaut und uns danach entschieden hier keine Nacht zu schlafen. Die Umgebung liegt in einer wirklich komischen und für uns nicht vertrauenswürdig wirkenden Gegend. Wir hatten im Vorfeld einen Scooter angefragt und es wurde uns gesagt, dass das mit einem Kontakt kein Problem darstellt. Am Ende war es doch eins und wir haben keinen Scooter ausleihen können, was für uns aber ein zentraler Punkt war, diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben. Das hat auf unsere Beweggründe noch zusätzlich eingezahlt, direkt eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Außerdem war unser Zimmer mit einer Schiebetür nicht zuverlässig und sicher abschließbar. Das Badezimmerlicht funktionierte nicht, wurde aber wohl direkt nach unserer Abreise noch repariert.

Sehr gemütlicher Ort mit warmherziger Gastgebern. Die wunderbare Vermieterin Evelyn und ihre entzückende Nichte Prescious setzen sich voll ein, um meinen Aufenthalt richtig schön zu machen. DANKE für alles und ich freue ich auf ein Wiedersehen im Februar in Österreich! :-)
