The location close to the airport is amazing!! But mostly because it has a giant garden that is so nice to hang out in ☺️ It was my second time staying here and in this area, you cannot beat this place!

The toilet is not in the room, which is okay but not always ideal. There is a shower inside but it was a bit dirty… Could improve on that. But everything else is top notch, really!!

This is a lovely, comfortable, and calming place. It’s a great location and you have everything you need in terms of food, drinks, massage, and perfect ambiance. The girl who mainly took care of us, Precious, is the true meaning of her name. Keep shining Precious! And give Pancho some love from us.

staff were (mostly) friendly

NO HOT WATER in the room, staff didnt care at all, only said they would call a technician who would arrive after i check out 🙄 and didnt think that i should get a discount or any compensation since i couldnt even shower. The wifi doesnt work in the room (i stayed in the manta room, maybe the others do have) and there is barely any reception. The room smells extremely musty/moldy and you cant even open the blinds to get any daylight in the room. Definitely not worth 20€ a night when i thought i would get something better than a hostel. I expressed my disappointment and the staff didnt care at all.
