Free shuttles are available from Kintetsu Toba Train Station every 30 minutes between 08:45-11:45 and 12:30-18:00. A reservation is not needed. Please call the hotel directly if you arrive at the station after 18:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Groot maar wel sfeervol hotel. Heerlijke onsen en mooie doorkijkjes naar de tuin en de baai. Verrukkelijke thee met cheesecake bij ontvangst.

We dachten rond de baai te lopen en op een leuke plek met uitzicht te gaan eten (kon niet in het hotel op dat moment) maar daar was veel leegstand, we belandden daarvoor uiteindelijk in de stationswijk. Blijf dus bij voorkeur ter plaatse …

とても落ち着いて静かな空間が良かった どのスタッフの方も対応がとても良苦、気持ち良かったです メンバーの一人が朝早く立つ事になって朝食が取れないので、お弁当をお願いしてみたら心良く用意してくれ、感激しました。ありがとう😊

最上階(5階)に泊まったが左右に樹木の壁があったので海への見通しが狭かったのがやや残念でした

"interessante Destination mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten"

Ein unglaubliches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem, sehr freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen ! Ausgezeichnete Küche mit hervorragendem, serviertem japanischem Frühstück; hierzu ein spezielles Lob an die Köche !!! Wer lieber europäisch frühstückt sollte zuhause bleiben ! Sehr geräumige Zimmer, sehr guter Onsen ! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Kritik zu. Umgebende Gastronomie fußläufig ( 10-20 min.) zu erreichen , ggf. mit Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof zu verkürzen.

Nachdem wir auch die umgebenden Strukturen geprüft haben sicher eines der besten Häuser in der Gegend ! Eigener Strand für den Sommer, Bootssteeg , Liegewiese. Insgesamt keine Kritik die berechtigt wäre.

"Peu tourné vers la clientèle européenne"

La chambre traditionnelle, le personnel qui parlait mieux anglais que dans beaucoup d'autres hôtels, le onsen agréable, surtout la partie en extérieur.

La chambre un peu trop petite pour 4 personnes et un peu datée. Le thé et café en libre service dans le lobby mais seulement à certains horaires, pourquoi pas toute la journée ? L'unique option de petit déjeuner, essentiellement à base de poisson, un peu difficile pour nos enfants européens (même pour nous)

Le personnel est hyper agréable et répond du mieux possible à toutes les questions. Le lieu est magnifique et le bain privé sur la terrasse est ultra agréable !

Prévoir de venir en voiture car il n'y a rien autour. La journée les navettes de l'hotel rejoignent la ville mais la nuit les taxis sont peu nombreux donc difficiles à commander
