Free shuttles are available from Kintetsu Toba Train Station every 30 minutes between 08:45-11:45 and 12:30-18:00. A reservation is not needed. Please call the hotel directly if you arrive at the station after 18:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Tres bel accueil, petite patisserie succulente Onsen vaste ( interieur et exterieur ) chambre tres confortable Personnel aux petits soins

le restaurant etait fermé pour le diner. On a du ressortir ( nuit et pluie !!)

"Sensation de luxe à la japonaise"

Le qualité du service impeccable. L'oncen "nacré" ouvert jusque tard La possibilité de pouvoir passer du petit déjeuner japonnais (incroyable expérience gustative... mais pas adapté à nous estomacs d'européens pour 3 matins), au petit déjeuner type buffet dans la partie de l'hôtel situé un peu plus haut dans la montagne, Pearl hôtel. Une vue sublime, et un buffet magnifique avec choix de spécialités japonaises et occidentales.

Légèrement excentré mais navette de l'hôtel possible . C'est un grand complexe hôtelier comme c'est souvent le cas dans cette baie de Toba.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice Japanese style bathroom. Yukata provided and the pearl onsen was great. I was surprised with the welcome drink and cheesecake. There's a marshmallow mini campfire in the hotel lobby in the evening. you can have a free flow of coffee and tea while enjoying the marshmallow. The most exceptional was the set dinner and breakfast. I didn't expect it to be so delicious. A Fine dinning setting! There is also shutter service from Toba station to the hotel. Great when it was raining on the day I arrived.

My Kaiseki meal was outstanding. The view from my room and the way the water in the outdoor baths left an iridescent sheen on my skin was unexpected and delighted me.

Everything felt a wee bit dated/generic.
