Our bathroom in 301 no hot water. Shower is cold water only no hot. Hotel is very old & dusty. The robes are very old & need to be replace

Bellissima esperienza

Staff was very attentive and warm-welcoming! I like the room in general. Room was comfortable. Food was good (wasn’t our taste but it had a lot if variety!) view was amazing!

The room definitely in need of maintenance. You could see the wallpaper starting to peel off in some areas. The windows didn't lock properly and needed cleaning, and the window screens were broken. I expected the onsen to be much cleaner. Even though we entered right at opening time, there were clumps of hair on the floor and inside the onsen itself.

Our stay at this ryokan was exceptional. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality. There was always a dedicated staff member available to assist us, and everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast served in our room were excellent and added greatly to the authentic experience. Our room offered a beautiful view of the mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the onsen, which had lovely views and was a perfect place to unwind. As a nice touch, traditional yukata robes were provided for guests to wear during their stay. Overall, this was an outstanding experience outside the city and one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable ryokan stay.
