Good location close to the beach, comfortable with friendly stuff.

Ottima posizione per chi, come nel mio caso, doveva raggiungere l'aeroporto di Bologna la mattina presto.

Purtroppo la zona, comodissima per l'aeroporto, non si trova in una zona molto silenziosa, sia ovviamente per l'aeroporto stesso che per il traffico delle auto.

Pulizia dell’appartamento, e cura

Parcheggio privato disastrato, se hai un auto bassa come la mia rischi di sfondarla in quanto è tutte buche, il condominio è un po’ trascurato.

Bathroom wasn’t the newest but clean and fair for the price

We were looking for a budget-friendly place for one night close to the airport. Starting with the positives: the staff was friendly, responsive to messages, and even sent us detailed instructions with a video on how to find the place. However, the bathroom is quite old and had some mold in a few spots. The coffee machine didn’t work, which was disappointing. The worst part, though, was the strong artificial scent — it felt like someone had sprayed air freshener all over the apartment, and it was really unpleasant. Unfortunately, the apartment is located right next to a busy street, so it was quite noisy during our stay.
