Central Retro Apartment

The apartment was nice and the room was clean. Is was easy to reach and close to the center.

The kitchen didn't looked so clean as well as the bathroom. Also the host was not really helpful and it we were not able to change the temperature of the heater (very inconvenient in the winter!)

The location is perfect, the facilities are also good, the kitchen is full equipped and the toilet is big enough. As you can see the deco is also super cute. They are super serious about the check in and Check out process.

Unfortunately the cleaning was terrible! Beside the house is really cool and big enough for everybody, if you pay attention you will see dust everywhere, like under the bed, in the toilet or even in the common area.

Good location. Lovely big room and great value for money if you were sharing the room as a couple or family. Nice to have a kitchen to give the option of cooking. Modern bathroom.

Felt that the communication from the apartment owner/staff was disorganised and unprofessional. I was having to chase them to get the check-in instructions after already having provided my ID details which they then asked for again. Small details in the apartment were missing e.g. kitchen lacked some basic utensils and a washing up sponge. Bath lacked the plug so unable to use it as a full bath. With some little improvements and better communication it could be a really brilliant stay.

First off all, in their description it doesn’t say anything about other people living in the apartment with us, everything in the house is noisy, the floor, the door, the bed, everything you do in your room will be heard by your roommates. We found a lot of dust and hair. Every time we took a shower the bathroom was flooded. The doorknob from the bathroom is falling down every time you touch it. You don’t know when other people are gonna enter the house and the keepers don’t announce you, and if someone new comes at 1 am in the middle of the night you just have to stay calm. You have to give your ID even though the app has it, they were rude and they only expect money, we were charged a sum of money for late check out only for them to tell me that we can only stay one more hour. I couldn’t contact the owners after leaving the key because already I couldn’t reply to their conversation. I mean we understand, its cheap but for that sum of money we expect a private bathroom. And I wouldn’t wrote all of this if they were respectful and announce you about everything at your stay. THE WORST OF ALL was that in the last day a couple with a dog came and in the middle of the night we woke up that the room has fleas, I woke up with a flea on my foot, I tried to catch one to take o photo but I couldn’t, My boyfriend had to flip the mattresses and sheets. Let’s not even say that in the middle of the shower the hot water stopped and I had to stay the rest of the day with cold water, didn’t even finish the shower.

The location is very, very close to the city center, so it was ideal for me as a tourist. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathrom is shared with another room, but it was nice and clean during my stay. For the price I payed it was really a bargain. Wi-fi works well and there's also a clean kitchen with complimentary sweets on display. A small thing that helped get my sugar kick at the beginning of the day. There is self check-in, which is great since you can pretty much arrive at any time (after 5 PM though)

Having the official check-in time at 05:00 PM is a bit of an incovenience, especially considering the check-out is at 10:00 AM, so that's 7 hours to get the room ready. On the whole, I was pleased with this stay.

Very nice place. Central location. Fast reply when we had to rent it last minute! Were allowed to store our uggage until check in. Very perfect stay
