Perfect location, very warm and welcoming apartment, the rooms were very clean Owners were very available to help

The bathroom wasn't very clean

Bathroom smells really bad Checkin was 17, no early check-in possible without payment. Check out was 10.

Comfortable bed

A bit dirty common areas, TV didn't work, coffee machine was broken, toilet also wobbly and smelled like pee all the time

Well designed, property being located in old town, no more other aspects to like.

Communication with the owner was very poor, didn't had the consistency of what he told us. He confirmed it was okay to come at night and then he said to come the next day after 10am, than he said that the check-in is at 5pm. Room was not clean (as long as they get 7 hours of room cleaning), hair and trash under the bed. The kitchen is not properly equipped and the bathroom is flooded after a few minutes. The owner strongly recommended to not leave any feedback on booking.

The apartment is perfectly located. Large spacious room plus large kitchen. The apartment is clean. Contact with staff easy.

The owner should reconsider the requirement to provide a photo of IDs. Although this is a requirement that the room booker agrees to, it is most likely incompatible with the GDPR. It may also raise legitimate concerns about the use of personal data. Free WiFi should also be standard these days, rather than an additional paid option. Sharing a fridge between rooms means you can get a freezer. Our room also received a lot of sunlight, which made it very hot even at night. A fan would have been useful.

Almost everything was fine: Superfriendly hosts, nice and aesthetic atmosphäre and furniture, everything was clean, top location in the city centre

The mattresses in our room (B1) were very soft - too soft for us.
