Loft Nineteen Apartment

It was in a great location, right in the heart of La Spezia AND close to the train station. The entire apartment was terrific.

I have nothing negative to say.

The location was simply great-6 min to the railway station, 1 min to the main square with restaurants, cafes, shops; 15-20 min to the harbour. The flat had all amenities that you needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom clean and modern, the bedroom with a big comfortable bed and one pull-out armchair. Additionally, the host left a surprise for us which was really nice of her. After our check-out we could leave the suitcase and we really appreciated it as we had an evening flight back home. In the evenings it was a little bit cool but the host left some blankets :) I really recommend it!

The layout was very creative to maximise the space. We were a group of 4. I would say it was at a maximum capacity. The location is excellent! Just next to a supermarket, which was super handy.

The kitchen equipment was not ideal. For example, the knives were so old, we could not even cut our bread with it.

Great location, close to the railway station and surrounded by many restaurants, within walking distance from main attractions. Appartment has everything you need for a cozy stay.

The unit is very clean n has all d necessities like washing machine, kitchen w cooking utensils n extra blankets. Location was great, 10-15 min walk from train station n walking distance to plenty of restaurants n retail shops. There's a mini market just 2 doors away. The host was very efficient in answering our requests

The shower was a little small. Had to turn slowly to avoid hitting d walls

Great location, close to the train station for day trips to visit the Cinque Terre towns. Kitchen was well enough equipped to make basic meals. Comfortable bed and pillows, the sofa bed not so much. Host was good with communication via WhatsApp. It was very helpful to have a washing machine.

Everything was perfect. Had all the facilities we needed and the kids loved the loft. Fortunate to have found this place. Best value for money.

Nothing. There was nothing to dislike there.

We liked the amount of beds available and the style of the home. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was large. Washing our clothes was easy and there was a drying rack available to us as well.

Location

There is no windows so it is very humid and stuffy. The bed and linen are very uncomfortable
