Loft Nineteen Apartment

Clean, spacious apartment, well maintained. Snacks/coffee pods provided and much appreciated. Very easy access to local areas. 20 minute walk to dock for boat trip to Cinque Terre area. 5 minute walk from station. Would stay again and recommend to other travellers. There is a double bed, double sofa bed and single sofa bed.

There was a musty smell in the shower room when the fan was not on, maybe there is a leak somewhere?

Location was convenient for train station, restaurants, and stores. We felt most at home in our own apartment with a kitchen and laundry!

I like that the apartment had everything we needed to make us comfortable at the end of a tiring dayout.

Hard to find parking but this is normal for an apartment un the city centre.

Really pretty and modern loft in the Heart of la Spezia. We had a pleasant stay and nothing to complain about. Should be Perfect for any groups who Want to explore the Cinque Terre because the flat is so close to the central Station also.

Location, it was very spaceous, there was a washing mashine, hair dryer, air conditioning works perfectly, complimentery coffee, basic ingridients (salt, venegar, oil...), there are groceries next door, we felt very safe because there were double doors with locks. The kitchen had lots of equipments.

The water pressure was very very bad, we were missing a bread knife and a peeler for potatoes or in our case cucumbers.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to railway station, grocery and restaurants. There were iron , microwave, dryer, conditioner and other useful things. The owner was always in touch. I can surely recommend this apartment.
